Bubba's Earth uses Australia Post for shipping.
Our shipping costs directly reflect the prices set by Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia is $5.95 for packages weighing up to 200g, $9.25 for packages weighing between 200g - 5kg.
Orders over $100 within Australia ship free.

International shipping costs will vary by country. Please note we are not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes.

**PLEASE NOTE there are significant delays for international shipping due to lack of flights as a result of COVID-19. Australia Post will also only ship international packages with tracking so the "Economy Air" service is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received.

Shipping times are for standard parcel delivery though Australia Post.

Within Australia: 3-7 business days
International Standard Shipping: 6+ business days (expect significant delays)
International Economy Air: 10+ business days (currently unavailable)

You will receive tracking information (if applicable) via email once your item has been shipped.

Delivery

Packages will be left at your property. We are not responsible for packages that are not received once we get delivery confirmation from Australia Post.
