Returns
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email bubbasearth@gmail.com if you have inquiries about returning an item. Also note that we do not refund for change of mind purchases. As per Consumer Affairs and under the Fair Trade Authority, we can only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders. As shipping costs are non refundable, we advise any exchanges or credits for change of mind purchases be made prior to the order being shipped.
At Bubba's Earth, quality control is a priority for us and every garment is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, we will refund items if a manufacturing defect is discovered, please contact us by email and it will be dealt with. Please note that due to the nature of reworked clothing, occasionally there may be minor imperfections on the original garments. Minor wear holes in original garments are patched prior to sewing construction and are not considered defects once repaired. This will not affect the durability of the garment.
Our return policy is 14 days from when the garment is delivered. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have original hang tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Shipping
To return your product, please post your product to PO Box 523, Figtree NSW 2525 Australia.
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
